The Association was established in 2014 by seven veterinary doctors living in the region with the decision of the general assembly.
The Veterinarians' Regional Association of Ajara unites private veterinary specialists of 6 municipalities of the region.
The aim of the association is to improve animal health in the region. To that end the association supports popolarisation and development of the veterinary field through facilitating the improvement of the veterinary qualification and professsional growth in the region. It also provides advices for farmers in Ajara and offers veterinary services tailored to the farmers' needs.
